As choreographer, Peter’s body of work for theatres, sports arenas and national events has moved between spectacle and interdisciplinary art. An advocate of synergistic collaborations between dance and disciplines such as art and music, his creative methodology, anchored in Release Technique and Improvisation, is based on the belief that dance should be learned and performed in an energetic environment with the confluence of personal movement, emotion, group dynamics and music. He has led many performance projects, seminars and workshops for both professional dancers and dance students in Singapore and abroad.
In Singapore, Peter has presented dance or dance-related work under the Ministry of Education, National Institute of Education, LASALLE College of the Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, M1 CONTACT Contemporary Dance Festival and more.
